What heating & how much do we need?

Hi, We building a home in the Waikato, & wondering how much heating we need to put in considering we will have double glazing thruout, insulation in floor ,walls & ceiling. The main living area is north facing ,the bedrooms bar one, west facing.We have looked at putting in heat pump ducted heating thruout but is this going over the top? Is there anyone unbiased we could dicuss this with?
