Expol underfloor insulation subsidized?

I live in The South Wairarapa in a renovated beazley home. I am wanting to get a quote for installing batts in the ceiling and expol underfloor but have been informed expol is not covered under the energywise scheme. Could you please advise if and why this is the case and who could come and do an assessment. I have had an assessment for batts in the celing and floor.

A company called premier insulation may be able to install Expol for you under the EnergyWise programme.
You can contact their head office on 09 269 4023 or email them sales@premierinsulation.co.nz to find out whether they can send someone around to do an assessment and quote for you.

expol is most definately covered through eeca, we also use expol as well as autex greenstuf
