Goldair ceramic portable electric heater

I need an energy portable heater for my flat. I have recently seen the goldair ceramic advertised- comments on energy efficiency needed.

Fan heaters can heat a person, if you are watching the penny’s then use a fan heater and point it towards you. Either that or a good radiant heater. An oil column heater works as a small part radiant and large part convection and will not heat you till it’s heated the room from the top down.
Fan and radiant heaters are not so great with pets and young children that like the rough and tumble, as these heaters can start fires when in contact with flamable material. (I have first hand experience, I was one of those kids)
So if you have no kids or dogs with big wagging stray tails any heater that you can point towards you that will heat you instead of the room will be fine.
