Executive Officer

Sally Blackwell

Sally is our  Executive Officer and is responsible for carrying out the work of the organisation. She brings to CEN more than six years experience working in household energy efficiency, in policy development and programme design and implementation. She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Studies, and has a particular interest in the social and behavioural aspects of energy use. Sally is based in Wellington. Contact
